Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you love everything about your Wander Haus Goods purchases.  We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items in the original packaging, within 14 days.  

To start this process please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please note: refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product. Once your return order has been received and reviewed, we will issue an exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges) to your original payment method.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please consider insuring your return for the price of the item – postal service mishaps are out of our control. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away and provide photographs of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

(One caveat to this: if you happen to get stranded and your only means of escape is to swim across the lake to safe, but you ruined your favorite pair of earrings because you obviously had no time to remove them…please let us know and we will gladly send you a replacement – you clearly deserve it!)
