What type of packaging do you use?

All earrings are placed into a clamshell made from the pulp of recycled cardboard and is 100% reusable, recyclable, and can be composted in your home compost bin. All other items are placed in plastic-free and/or recycled packaging. 

Your items are then placed into either a padded mailer made from recycled paper, or a cardboard box (these are either re-used or made from recycled paper and/or FSC-certified paper). The thermal label is even recyclable, as it is made with recycled paper & recycle-friendly adhesive (so no need to go through the pains of removal before adding to the recycle bin…hooray!).

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order and will ship within 1-2 weeks of order date (busy seasons such as the holiday season may take more time). Please understand that we are a family small business with three kiddos in school and various activities, but we try to ship items as soon as we can. USPS and UPS usually arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date; however, we do not have any control over how long it will take to get to you once it is out of our hands.
